Position: Sr. Manager, Sales  

Department: Sales for Hydro Flask & Osprey 

Work Location: 100% Remote 

What you will be doing: 

Owns specific customer(s) and/or Sales Rep Relationships. Selects and manages Sales Reps in assigned channels. Contributes and Executes Sales Strategy, Strategic Planning & Meeting Specific Sales & Contribution goals.  Collaboration with Product, Marketing, and Supply Chain teams.  

  • Execute customer-specific strategies that align with the VP of Specialty Sales, identifying key questions to determine the best solutions and adapting to customer needs while addressing any roadblocks. 

  • Set clear, measurable goals to track and evaluate the success of customer-specific strategies defined by the VP of Specialty Sales, with a relentless focus on overcoming obstacles to ensure success. 

  • Gain a deep understanding of each customer's processes, timelines, portals, and unique characteristics, and approach planning with an open mind to address their specific needs. Revamp internal workflows (e.g., forms, portals, line reviews) to better serve customers. 

  • Leverage creativity and problem-solving skills to address customer challenges, utilizing research, teamwork, emotional intelligence, and sound decision-making. Collaborate with the RMO or BU to gather insights and solve obstacles related to new product launches. 

  • Develop and grow direct sales relationships with corporate customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeding sales targets. 

  • Identify and implement innovative strategies to increase efficiency and streamline processes for the customization team. 

Minimum Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree 

  • 4+ years in corporate and customization channel 

  • In-depth knowledge of PPAI and ASI distributors and suppliers 

  • Direct sales and business development with corporate customers 

  • Relationships in the collegiate channel and understanding of NCAA licensing 

  • Authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis 

In California, Colorado, and New York City, the standard base pay range for this role is $111,537.00 -$167,305.50 annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, and New York City and may not be applicable to other locations. Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to location, experience, skill level, and performance. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees.
