Pinterest is seeking a methodical and thoughtful Product Designer who has a passion for crafting intuitive, consistent, and delightful experiences. As a Senior Product Designer within the Sales Productivity Team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of tooling for our global sales organization. You will help to build an ecosystem of tools that will empower Pinterest salespeople to streamline workflows, access insights and take actions efficiently from a single surface. You will get a unique opportunity to incorporate generative AI and other automation tools into your product, and you will collaborate closely with cross-functional partners and engage in high-visibility projects. We seek a proactive problem-solver who thrives on delivering elegant solutions for complex challenges through intuitive design.
What you’ll do:
- Create visions and strategies for the Sales Productivity team, Lead design projects across the entire product lifecycle and multiple product experiments
- Design industry-leading products that help businesses adopt Pinterest's automated, performance driving solutions and remove friction throughout the advertiser journey through a fast-paced experiment-driven product development process
- Partner hand-in-hand with a talented group of cross-functional peers to define the future of self-serve ad products
What we’re looking for:
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates outstanding design skills and a passion for data and systems thinking
- Someone who thrives working in highly complex spaces and bringing simple and intuitive solutions to life to improve user comprehension
- Experience in balancing speed and quality with a focus on driving metrics impact through experiments
- Great communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate your design decisions and the problems they’re solving
- Excellent product thinking, UX design skills, and business intuition
- High level of self-awareness with a growth mindset that is focused on impact
- Must have experience designing for B2B tools, having sales productivity or enterprise/ads domain knowledge is a plus
- Strong collaboration skills and ability contribute and grow cross-functional teams and partners as part of your process
- Bachelors degree in design, a related field or equivalent experience

- We let the type of work you do guide the collaboration style. That means we're not always working in an office, but we continue to gather for key moments of collaboration and connection.
