Position Summary:
The Senior Specialist, Marketing, will be directly responsible for the day-to-day execution of our marketing campaigns that drive measurable increases in conversions, revenue, product adoption and partner education. This role combines partner relationship management with marketing and enablement responsibilities to achieve key business objectives. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of partner and customer segments within the logistics industry and excels in collaborative, cross-functional settings. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Marketing, the role is primarily responsible for developing partner enablement programs and executing integrated marketing initiatives.
Essential Job Functions:
- Identify and activate strategic partnership programs that align with key business goals and targets.
- Develop and implement partner enablement programs to educate and enhance partner capabilities, ensuring successful adoption of Truckstop programs.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of partner enablement and marketing efforts.
- Provide training, resources, and support to help partners understand and promote Truckstop’s products and features and continuously educate partners on new and existing Truckstop offerings to drive referrals and business growth.
- Develop and execute co-branded marketing materials and integrated marketing strategies, tactics, and campaigns that promote strategic partnerships and drive joint business goals.
- Support ongoing marketing campaigns, ensuring strategic partnerships are highlighted and effectively integrated across communication channels including email, web, webinars, and events and conferences.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to support ongoing marketing campaigns, including ideation, planning, and execution to amplify partner and customer engagement.
- Serve as the go-to-market (GTM) lead when new API products or features launch.
- Partner with the marketing team to ensure GTM plans align with broader campaigns and communication needs.
- Ability to understand the strategic goals the department’s leadership defines and execute tactics to meet company’s growth and goals
- Effectively communicate across the marketing and broader organization, sharing project updates, timelines, processes, and results
- Draft effective campaign and creative briefs to guide creative and technical teams to deliver high-quality, effective campaign assets including copy, design, and, if needed, automation execution through Marketing Cloud
- Work with Revenue Operations teams to develop, analyze and report on campaign success metrics and own the process of making suggestions on optimizing tactics to meet goals and KPIs
- Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and seasonality, helping identify relevant topics of interest to our partnership audience
- Report results on a regular basis to the Marketing team and others, noting key takeaways, action items, and provide recommendations for testing and improvement
Position Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
- Proven industry experience including a network of industry partnerships preferred and understanding of the transportation and Truckstop partner ecosystem.
- Experience setting up, managing and promoting partners via a partner relationship platform such as Partner Stack.
- Proven ability to create sales tools and sales enablement programs that increase win rates and accelerate sales cycles.
- Skilled at creating concise, visually appealing presentations for internal/external audiences.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant marketing experience
- 3+ years of experience collaborating with creative teams to develop creative campaign briefs across all marketing channels
- Experience in the transportation industry a plus

In an effort to provide greater transparency, we are sharing the base salary range for this position. The position is also eligible for a yearly bonus. Final salary is based on a number of factors including market location, job-related knowledge, education/training, certifications, key skills, experience, internal peer equity as well as business considerations.
The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$68,000—$85,000 USD
