Sr Manager, Functional Learning at a glance
As a Senior Manager, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training and learning experiences, workshops, and resources that enhance the skills and knowledge of our operations and procurement teams, ultimately driving business growth and efficiency under the direction of the Lead, Functional Academies responsible for Operations, Procurement, and GBS.
What's on the menu?

  • Own the design, development, and delivery of a learning portfolio on a global scale, including overall project management, budgeting, and vendor management where appropriate in partnership and collaboration with functional capabilities leads and HRBPs.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement, encouraging feedback and innovation.
  • Measure and evaluate the effectiveness of programs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Manage budget and resources to ensure effective and efficient delivery of Academy programs

New Hire Base Salary Range:
$118,400.00 - $148,000.00
Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
