Who you are. 

Active Digital is seeking an experienced strategy and operations Sr. Consultant for a contract position (with an opportunity for conversion into a full time role). The ideal individual will be a thought leader with the skills and expertise to design and implement real-world solutions that transport clients from where they are to where they want and need to be. In this role, you will use your full consulting skillset to solve our clients' most challenging and complex problems. Through our work, you will help our client organizations to become more operationally efficient, empower their employees, implement winning strategies, unlock scale, and connect with customers through meaningful experiences that create and grow corporate value. We are looking for someone to do the following:

• Directly work with executive level clients to help them solve their most mission-critical challenges.
• Define strategies, design solutions and chart pathways that will drive a client’s desired outcome 
• Lead consulting teams with diverse skillsets to optimally organize, design, and deliver client solutions 
• Grow with an entrepreneurial team of world class consultants, technologists, designers, operators, and thinkers and will partner with them to shape and grow our business 

What you will need to be successful:

• 5+ years of Professional Services experience 
• 3+ years proven client-facing experience in a large, business consultancy 
• Track record of success leading consulting teams to deliver impactful solutions for clients 
• Previously demonstrated exceptional teamwork and communication skills and the ability to interact with internal and client stakeholders at all levels throughout varies work cultures 
• Comfort with ambiguity and experience deploying frameworks, designing processes, and creating structures that mitigate client complexity 
• Understanding of and experience deploying solutions across core consulting capabilities, including but not limited to strategy development, business case development, roadmap creation, operating model design, organizational agility, change management, project management, process improvement, and customer experience

Additional Preferred qualifications

• MBA preferred
