This role will support Fullsteam's growth and will report to the Portfolio Finance Director.  The Finance Business Partnering team seeks highly qualified candidates with financial analysis, modelling, payments, and business partnering experience. The candidate will also understand GAAP accounting and demonstrate a proven ability to succeed and evolve, particularly in an entrepreneurial, hands-on, high growth, environment.

Responsibilities:

Business Performance Analysis & Decision Support:

  • Promote business partnerships and advise the business units, group presidents, portfolio presidents and other departments at Corporate

  • Learn the business and business unit specifics hands-on, being able to model and critically analyze this information accordingly

  • Liaison with internal stakeholders (Accounting, Finance, Payments) and operations teams

  • Analyze operational and financial drivers and provide input and feedback

  • Participate in the monthly reporting and variance analysis processes

  • Participate in the annual budgeting and reforecasting processes

  • Dashboarding & KPI reporting

Continuous Improvement:

  • Review existing methods of gathering information and performing analysis and propose opportunities for improvement

  • Assist in the improvement, development, and automation of monthly and ad hoc reporting

The ideal candidate will demonstrate the following attributes:

  • Excellent analytical skills

  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

  • Excellent oral and written communication

  • Excellent team player

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and complete assignments with short deadlines

Experience:

  • Experience with business partnering and/or operations advisory

  • Preferred experience in SaaS based software and/or payments industry

  • Affinity with strategic planning, scenario analysis, and market analysis

  • Experience with financial modeling

  • Experience with Microsoft Power BI

  • Experience with Planning & Budgeting Cloud Service (PBCS) or other reporting and budgeting tools

Education/Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree with Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics concentration

  • MBA, CPA, or CFA are a plus
