Join us as a motivated Sr. Director in Supply Chain & Logistics - Technology to innovate software solutions in manufacturing.

We are looking for someone to apply their technical expertise, leadership skills, and commitment to quality to positively impact safe human spaceflight. Passion for our mission and vision is required!

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise application software solutions.
  • Coordinate the integration, optimization, and management of Design-to-Pay, Supplier Portal, Warehouse Management, and Transportation Management systems.
  • Support of peers in warehousing and logistics to make Blue best in class from an inventory and network planning perspective.
  • Develop strategic plans for software development aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless application integration.
  • Drive continuous improvement in software processes and methodologies.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and timelines for software projects.
  • Mentor and develop a high-performing application software team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Master’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in software development and management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven experience with Costpoint ERP, Exostar/Coupa Procure-to-Pay, and Windchill PLM.
  • Experience in the aerospace or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to earn trust, maintain positive and professional relationships, and contribute to a culture of inclusion 
  • Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.

Compensation Range for:

WA applicants is $212,223.00-$297,111.15

Background Check

  • Required for Certain Job Profiles: Drivers who operate Commercial Motor Vehicles with a Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW), Gross Vehicle Weight Rating (GVWR) or combination of power unit and trailer that meets or exceeds 10,001 lbs. and/or transports placardable amounts of hazardous materials by ground in any vehicle on a public road while in commerce, may be subject to additional Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations including: Driver Qualification Files, Medical Certification, Road Test, Hours of Service, Drug and Alcohol Testing (CDL drivers only), vehicle inspection requirements, CDL requirements (if applicable) and hazardous materials transportation/shipping training.
