The Sr. Director, Sales, is responsible for leading the development and execution of sales strategies to drive revenue and attain quota. The scope of this job includes managing client opportunities and enhancing relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and execute annual sales and strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand market share within existing and new business opportunities.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve consistent year-over-year bookings growth by aligning with quarterly business unit revenue and profit targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute a comprehensive annual marketing plan.
- Evaluate market potential, identify new business opportunities and synergies, and support the successful launch of innovative solutions.
- Drive revenue growth by identifying, nurturing, and securing new clients and expanding business lines within the business unit.
- Analyze sales effectiveness, methods, and results, while monitoring the competitive landscape and market conditions to identify opportunities, address potential risks, and recommend adjustments for sustained success.
- Perform other job duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- At least 10-12 years of relevant work experience
- At least 5-6 years of relevant management work experience
- Healthcare experience
Job Expectations:
- Willing to travel up to 50% based on business needs
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed
- Must work in accordance with applicable security policies and procedures to safeguard company and client information
- Must be able to sit and view a computer screen for extended periods of time
