Job Description SummaryAs the Sr Demand Planner, you will play a critical role in orchestrating the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process within your defined region. Your responsibilities include driving the Regional Unconstrained Demand Plan, collaborating with cross-functional teams (Commercial, Finance, and Product), and advocating for the voice of the customer in Supply Chain decisions. You will lead the Demand Plan sign-off process with the Regional General Manager. Your deep understanding of the business landscape and partnership with stakeholders will allow you to identify challenges, both internal and external, and proactively anticipate impacts on sales and supply. Your leadership will extend to establishing economic solutions and providing strategic recommendations to management. Staying on top of industry trends will be essential to inform your work.

Job Description
Forecasting:
- Deliver a signed-off Unconstrained Regional Demand Plan for the upcoming 8 quarters.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align assumptions and define actionable steps to bridge any gaps.
- Continuously enhance forecasting parameters, master data, and models.
- Develop robust analytics and ensure clear communication to facilitate decision-making.
Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP):
- Sustain the quality and consistency of regional S&OP meetings.
- Contribute insights to the Global S&OP process.
- Support the execution of central programs and strategic decisions derived from Global S&OP discussions.
Life Cycle Management:
- Plan the introduction of new products and manage discontinuations.
Performance Measurement:
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators such as forecast accuracy.
- Translate insights into actionable steps.
- Report forecast changes and their drivers.
Process Improvement:
- Lead initiatives to enhance our planning capabilities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive demand planning improvements.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree and 4+ years of experience in Operations.
- 2+ years of experience in a planning role.
Desired Characteristics:
- Excellent analytical skills and excel proficiency.
- Strong communication and influencing skills.
- Ability to prioritize work and lead in a high-pressure environment.
- Familiarity with supply chain management concepts.
- Working knowledge of planning processes and systems.
- While not essential, experience in healthcare would be beneficial.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $101,600.00-$152,400.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
