Innovate in Charlotte
This position is based at our on-site Tech Hub in Charlotte, North Carolina. Lowe's Tech Hub is an ultramodern work environment, complete with cutting-edge technology, collaborative workspaces, an on-site barista and Zen Garden, and other perks to enhance your work experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Product Vision: Drive the development of product vision and strategy using data and insights to identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
- Customer Experience: Apply advanced analytics techniques to understand customer behavior, preferences, and needs, driving initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Project Execution: Lead the end-to-end execution of data science projects, ensuring high-quality deliverables within timelines.
- Advocacy and Insights: Collaborate with stakeholders to advocate for data-driven decision-making and analyze large-scale datasets to generate actionable insights for operational efficiency, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Machine Learning and Computer Vision: Utilize TensorFlow, PyTorch, or OpenCV to develop high-performance applications and implement algorithms for object detection, image classification, depth estimation, generative AI, and image segmentation.
Minimum Qualifications
- 4 years of experience executing and deploying data science, ML, DL, and generative AI solutions, preferably in a large-scale enterprise setting (fewer years may be accepted with a master's or doctorate degree)
- 2 years of SQL and programming experience (fewer years may be accepted with a master's or doctorate degree)
- Bachelor's degree in mathematics, statistics, physics, economics, engineering, computer science, data or information science, or related quantitative analytic field (or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree)
Preferred Skills/Experience
