As a Senior Customer Marketing Specialist, you will develop strategies and lead activities that drive retention, loyalty, advocacy, and growth within the Lytx customer base. You will strengthen customer relationships throughout their lifecycle to encourage high-value behaviors, reduce churn, and increase lifetime value. This includes designing and executing retention initiatives such as customer nurturing, advocacy, adoption, referrals, and references.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with teams across customer success, marketing, product marketing, sales, and other stakeholders.

The ideal candidate is an effective communicator, tech-savvy, and data-driven, with hands-on experience working proactively and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our customers’ business goals and objectives to identify opportunities for alignment with Lytx’s business and marketing strategies.
  • Design and execute marketing plans to onboard, drive adoption, retain, build loyalty, and increase lifetime value through personalized, targeted, and relevant marketing at every stage of the customer journey.
  • Drive integrated customer communications, including newsletters, surveys, promotions, emails, and nurture streams.
  • Plan and coordinate in-person and virtual events, such as roundtables, webinars, and the annual user conference.
  • Measure the impact of customer marketing activities and financial outcomes to support annual renewal targets.
  • Build and engage our advocacy community, generating a library of customer stories and reviews.
  • Other duties as assigned.

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of B2B marketing experience (SaaS experience preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in B2B Customer Marketing.
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven ability to develop strategies and build cross-functional alignment to achieve results.
  • Experience in designing and implementing customer retention, advocacy, and product adoption campaigns that drive renewal.
  • Data-driven approach with demonstrated success in optimizing performance.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and adaptability in a fast-changing environment.
  • Excellent cross-functional communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with sales and marketing tech stacks such as Salesforce, Marketo, Seismic, Base, and Asana.

Salary is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.  This position is also eligible for an incentive compensation plan.  The expected hiring salary for this position is:

$89,750.00 - $113,250.00
