Job Description
As the Senior Compensation Analyst, you'll impact the lives of everyday people and help them go from surviving to thriving with innovative digital personal finance solutions. In this position you will report to our Director, Compensation and be seen as a key resource on the construction and delivery of all compensation programs.
You will be an integral part of the Total Rewards team responsible for supporting compensation programs, consulting with client groups across the organization on their compensation needs and partnering with HR and Talent Acquisition to support talent attraction and retention solutions.

What you'll do:

  • Develop and ensure effective application of the company's compensation programs and practices to internal client groups, HRBP's, management, employees & Talent Acquisition team.
  • Conduct analytics of our compensation structures and proposed updates or changes. This includes but is not limited to data analysis, forecasting, modeling, and dashboards.
  • Serve as a key resource in the configuration and deployment of our Compensation Administration tool for bonus and salary planning.
  • Oversee the implementation and administration of merit Increases & bonus programs.
  • Lead market assessments to evaluate jobs, competitiveness of target incentives, pay mix and total target cash. Present business case for any recommended changes.
  • Maintain the job structure architecture in ADP including creation of job codes.
  • Support administration of our equity program including maintenance of the system of record, equity modeling, process/approvals, and equity grant planning processes.
  • Oversee the participation in salary surveys and monitor salary survey data to ensure corporate compensation objectives are achieved.
  • Lead compliance with local/federal compensation requirements and statutes from minimum wage to pay transparency requirements.
  • Actively support HR team members and cross-functional partners and look for opportunities to improve processes, policies, and service levels.


Qualifications
What you'll bring:

  • 6+ years of professional experience in compensation
  • Advanced level of Excel and other similar data platforms
  • Experience with Compensation Administration tools preferably in ADP
  • Experience administering or supporting equity programs
  • Experience with Radford Compensation Database
  • Experience developing, administering, and building compensation programs and processes
  • Project management experience a plus
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or 4 years more of relevant experience

Work from home/hybrid:
We are proudly offering hybrid options in the Phoenix, AZ metro market.
Salary Range: $80,000 to $110,000 annually + bonus + benefits. This information represents the expected salary range for this role. Should we decide to make an offer for employment, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors.
