We are seeking a talented and experienced Product Manager to lead our Cloud product line. As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for the entire product lifecycle, from strategy and roadmap development to launch and post-launch support. You will work closely with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to ensure the success of our Cloud products specifically designed for AI workloads utilizing Tenstorrent's hardware.

This role is hybrid, based out of Austin, TX, Santa Clara, CA, Toronto, ON.

Responsibilities:

  • Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for our Cloud products, aligning with the company's overall vision and goals for AI acceleration.
  • Product Roadmap: Create and manage detailed product roadmaps, prioritizing features and functionalities based on market needs and technical feasibility across both hardware and software components.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify opportunities, threats, and customer needs in the AI cloud infrastructure space.
  • Product Definition: Define product requirements, specifications, and features in collaboration with engineering and sales teams for both hardware architecture and software infrastructure.
  • Product Launch: Plan and execute successful product launches, including marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and customer training for cloud services.
  • Post-Launch Support: Provide ongoing support to customers, including troubleshooting, documentation, and feature enhancements in the context of the product pipeline.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure smooth product development and delivery of cloud solutions.


Experience & Qualifications:

  • Strong product management experience (5-8 yrs), preferably in cloud services, infrastructure, or AI hardware industries. History having built a cloud from the ground up.
  • Deep understanding of cloud computing architectures, including API-as-a-Service, virtual machines, bare-metal deployments, and Kubernetes infrastructure.
  • Knowledge of hardware architecture for cloud environments, including CPUs, GPUs, AI accelerators, and memory subsystems.
  • Experience with AI-specific cloud infrastructure optimization and deployment.
  • Understanding of AI and machine learning concepts, including hardware acceleration techniques and distributed computing.
  • Experience with AI frameworks and tools, such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and ONNX.
  • Knowledge of cloud service models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and deployment models (public, private, hybrid).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and certifications for cloud services.


Compensation for all engineers at Tenstorrent ranges from $100k - $500k including base and variable compensation targets. Experience, skills, education, background and location all impact the actual offer made.
