Roles and Responsibilities
- Provide front-line technical support for customer-facing applications, particularly Solumina MES
- Partner with users and product team to understand their application product operational needs; translate these into a support model for multiple products.
- Define and track KPIs.
- Communicate operational status to users and leadership.
- Drive resolution of escalated items
- Field and troubleshoot issues, configure system settings, and manage user access
- Responsible for responding/delegating support cases from application customers
- Drive a higher level of customer satisfaction by improving support team quality, knowledge, and training
- Drive root cause investigation implementing continuous improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system enhancements and optimizations to improve customer experience, manufacturing processes, and manufacturing quality
- Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, standard operating procedures, end-user support and training materials
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and new employees for customer-facing applications
- Monitor system performance, generate reports, and provide insights to management on usage and improvement opportunities.
- Participate in the planning and execution of Solumina system upgrades and integrations with other DT systems.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards related to MES usage and data security.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree from accredited university or college with minimum of 2 years of professional experience OR associate's degree with minimum of 5 years of professional experience OR High School Diploma with minimum of 7 years of professional experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in application support, preferably with Solumina MES, in an aerospace or manufacturing environment
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and how MES systems support operational efficiency and quality
- Experience with database management and SQL
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java or C
- Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and practices.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical team member
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Note: Military experience is equivalent to professional experience

Working Conditions:
This position may require working in both office and manufacturing environments. Occasional travel to other company locations for system deployment or support may be required. The role may involve occasional off-hours support to address critical system issues or perform upgrades.
