Job Summary:

The Sourcing Coordinator for Marketing Promotional Items will support the Packaging and Sourcing team in procuring high-quality, cost-effective promotional items that align with Sunday Riley’s brand values. This role will focus on sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier relationships to ensure the successful delivery of innovative and sustainable promotional materials for marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and passionate about product sourcing and brand excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sourcing and Procurement:

  • Identify and onboard suppliers for promotional marketing items, ensuring alignment with Sunday Riley’s quality and sustainability standards.

  • Negotiate costs, MOQs, and lead times to optimize purchasing.

  • Research and source innovative and trendy items that resonate with the brand’s vision.

2. Supplier Management:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring consistent quality and on-time deliveries.

  • Evaluate supplier performance regularly and provide feedback for improvement.

3. Collaboration and Coordination:

  • Partner closely with the marketing team to understand project requirements and timelines.

  • Work with packaging and logistics teams to manage inbound shipments and inventory.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sourcing efforts with broader company goals.

4. Project Management:

  • Oversee end-to-end procurement for all promotional projects, from ideation to delivery.

  • Track deadlines, budgets, and inventory to ensure smooth execution.

5. Sustainability and Compliance:

  • Advocate for eco-friendly materials and processes in alignment with the company’s commitment to sustainability.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and company standards.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain management, or related field.

  • 1–3 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or a related role.

  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.

  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and supply chain management tools.

Preferred:

  • Experience in sourcing promotional or marketing items.

  • Knowledge of sustainability practices in procurement.

  • Passion for beauty, skincare, or luxury goods.
