What you can expect
As a Customer Experience Solution Consultant in Zoom’s Professional Services Organization (PSO), you will engage with customers during implementation to understand their business challenges, goals, and operational workflows. You will recommend the solutions , features, settings, framework, and best practices within the scope of the customer’s purchased products, ensuring an optimal implementation strategy that drives value and adoption.
About the Team
The ideal candidate should have extensive knowledge of Contact Centre and/or Workforce Engagement Management (WEM) solutions. Additionally, they must demonstrate exceptional skills in translating business needs into technical and functional recommendations.
Responsibilities

  • Leading discovery sessions with customers to understand their business challenges, operational needs, and success criteria.

  • Recommending best-fit Zoom solutions, configurations, and features to maximize value within the purchased product scope.

  • Acting as a trusted advisor, aligning Zoom’s technology with industry best practices and customer goals.

  • Working closely with PSO Project Managers, Solution Architects, and Implementation Engineers to ensure seamless implementation and adoption.

  • Creating and present solution documentation, recommendations, and build strategies for customers.

  • Staying updated on Contact Center, WEM, and AI-driven CX trends, providing thought leadership to both customers and internal teams.

  • Supporting internal enablement efforts by sharing best practices and industry insights.

What we’re looking for

  • Have 7+ years of experience in customer experience, contact center, or WEM consulting, solution architecture, or presales roles.

  • Have good understanding of Contact Center platforms, WEM solutions, and customer experience technology.

  • Have ability to translate business requirements into actionable recommendations.

  • Have experience in leading customer discovery sessions and driving solution alignment.

  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$76,800.00

Maximum:

$186,200.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
