Job Responsibilities and Requirements

Software Engineering Lead (Philadelphia, PA): Analyze, design and coordinate development of new IT architecture projects, including enterprise services, middleware and platform for leading provider of employee benefits, absence management and retirement savings solutions for employers and individuals. Partner with Product and Program Management Teams, Enterprise Architecture, and Data Science departments to define customer, business and stakeholder requirements for projects. Coach, mentor and train development teams in Azure, Agile and other methodologies. BS in CS or related field and 5 years experience in insurance industry required. The expected hiring range for this position is $110,000.00 - $146,850.00 annually for work performed in the primary location (Philadelphia, PA). This expected hiring range covers only base pay and excludes any other compensation components such as commissions or incentive awards. The successful candidate’s starting base pay will be based on several factors including work location, job-related skills, experience, qualifications, and market conditions. These ranges may be modified in the future.

Work location may be flexible if approved by the Company.
