Position Summary/Objective

As a vital member of OneSource Virtual’ s global Services Readiness team, this position is the face of both internal and external customers. The primary responsibilities are leading and managing the team.

Essential Functions/Duties/Responsibilities

  • Assist the team with training & process updates.
  • Experience coordinating project deliverables.
  • Partner with our internal teams & Leaders on any process improvements.
  • Mentoring to the team & managing performance.
  • Effective problem solver for internal peers and cross-functional teams.
  • Review & provide suggestions on the Services Readiness on-boarding methodology.
  • Assist in discussions, outlining processes & documentation for any new OSV service offerings.
  • Assist with year-end project planning.
  • Administer yearly goal setting/performance review criteria & conduct discussions with the team.
  • Work effectively with others in a team-oriented environment to meet customer expectations.
  • Contribute positively to the team environment and culture.
  • Assist Manager with project volume & working with Sales Team on project deadlines.
  • Lead efforts to continue to improve processes and efficiencies for the team and related areas.
  • Other duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Business degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience & knowledge managing a team
  • Expertise with Workday or other HRIS platform
  • Project Management Skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
