Your Career

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead and guide the work of technical staff on ServiceNow project implementations. In this client facing role, the Senior Project Manager will manage large, complex professional services projects. The Senior PM will be responsible for leading, coaching and mentoring a team to drive project implementations. Your Impact

  • Serve as liaison between business and technical aspects of projects.
  • Define project scope and objectives and communication plans.
  • Plan project stages and assess business implication for each stage.
  • Monitor progress to ensure deadlines, standards, and cost targets are met.
  • Assign resources, timelines and schedule for assigned projects.
  • Facilitate crew and customer meetings.
  • Manage project execution, budget, forecasts, schedule, and scope.
  • Mitigate risks and dependencies.
  • Manage solutions using Agile and iterative project methodologies and various project management tools.
  • Develop or update project plans for information technology projects including information such as project objectives, technologies, systems, information specifications, schedules, funding, and staffing.
  • Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables and confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems.
  • Develop and manage work breakdown structure (WBS) of information technology projects.
  • Submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
  • Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends.
  • Ensure quality control standards.
  • Measure and report team progress.

Your Experience

  • 8- 12 years of business-related experience, with a minimum of 5 years in technology Project/Program management, with highly desired Agile Project Management principles and experience.
  • Experience in strategic planning, resource allocation, monitoring of project process, detailing schedule reports on measurable items such as milestones and deliverables.
  • Highly proficient in project methodologies and management principles
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects throughout entire execution to ensure success as defined b adherence to standards of scope, budget, and timeline.
  • Have had oversight of economics of project plans and provided actionable feedback relating to cost benefit and return-on-investment standards.
  • Broad understanding of the ServiceNow Domain areas
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong facilitation skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to assess and mitigate risk
  • Experience leading and motivating a team
  • Comfortable working in a matrixed organization
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and change

Education & Certification Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
  • PMP certification
  • Agile/SCRUM certifications preferred
  • ServiceNow experience preferred.
