Description

Tapcheck is looking for a Senior Webflow Developer to lead the development, optimization, and continuous evolution of our digital presence. In this role, you’ll own our website, landing pages, and campaign pages, ensuring they are high-performing, visually compelling, and conversion-focused. You'll collaborate closely with the marketing team to bring campaigns to life, enhance user experience, and drive engagement across all digital touchpoints. Your work will play a key role in scaling Tapcheck’s online growth and elevating our brand. 

What You’ll Do:

  • Own the end-to-end development and management of Tapcheck’s Webflow website, ensuring a seamless, high-performing experience. 
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to implement landing pages, campaign pages, and website updates that drive engagement and conversions. 
  • Optimize site speed, responsiveness, and SEO best practices to enhance visibility and performance. 
  • Manage and collaborate with external agencies to scale Webflow development efforts, ensuring high-quality execution while maintaining brand and performance standards. 
  • Develop custom interactions, animations, and CMS-driven content to elevate UX/UI. 
  • Integrate Webflow with marketing tools, analytics platforms, and automation workflows Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure uptime, security, and functionality. 
  • Maintain design consistency, accessibility standards, and mobile-first best practices. 
  • Stay ahead of Webflow updates, industry trends, and best practices to continuously enhance Tapcheck’s digital presence. 

What You'll Bring:

  • 4+ years of Webflow development experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing marketing-driven websites. 
  • Design experience, with a keen eye for layout, typography, and user experience best practices.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, site performance optimization, and conversion rate best practices. 
  • Experience integrating Webflow with marketing tools, automation platforms, and analytics dashboards. 
  • A collaborative mindset, working closely with designers, content strategists, and growth marketers. 
  • A data-driven approach, leveraging insights to inform design and functionality improvements.
  • Previous experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, HR tech, or a high-growth startup

Compensation: $130,000 - $140,000 base + bonus. The actual base salary will depend on numerous factors such as: location, experience, training, knowledge. and skills. Tapcheck reserves the right to amend, change, alter, and revise pay ranges and benefits offerings at any time. All applicants acknowledge that by applying to this position you understand that this specific pay range is contingent upon meeting the qualifications and requirements of the role, and for the successful completion of the interview selection and process. It is at the Company's discretion to determine what pay is provided to a candidate within the range associated with the role.
