We are looking for a highly skilled Senior UKG (Kronos) Consultant with deep expertise in HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management applications. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with UKG Dimensions/UKG Pro, specializing in Time & Attendance, Workforce Scheduling, Advanced Scheduling, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Analytics. This role involves working on seamless integrations between UKG/Kronos and leading HCM platforms such as Workday and PeopleSoft.

Responsibilities
- Implement, configure, and support UKG Dimensions/UKG Pro solutions for HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management.
- Design and develop integrations between UKG/Kronos and HCM platforms like Workday and PeopleSoft.
- Manage and optimize UKG Time & Attendance, Workforce Scheduling, Advanced Scheduling, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Analytics modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring optimal performance and user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional IT teams and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Provide technical support, documentation, and training to end-users.
- Stay updated with UKG (Kronos) best practices, product updates, and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Requirements
- 6+ years of IT experience, with a focus on HR, Payroll, and Workforce Management applications.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Dimensions/UKG Pro.
- Fluent English
- Expertise in UKG Time & Attendance, Workforce Scheduling, Advanced Scheduling, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Analytics.
- Strong background in developing integrations between UKG/Kronos and major HCM applications like Workday and PeopleSoft.
- Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills to engage directly with end-users and IT teams.
- Experience in the retail industry is a plus.
