As a member of the Product Program & Operations team, you will be part of the larger team orchestrating how the product development organization plans and works together at Zillow by bringing our products to life!

About the role

As a Senior Technical Program Manager (or TPM), you will drive our largest and most crucial product development-driven programs from inception to market, working across multiple product, design, engineering teams, as well as marketing and front-line operations organizations to ensure our products achieve our intended outcomes with our customers and partners.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Build strong relationships across Product, Engineering, Design, and other TPMs.
  • Identify risks, highlight duplication, and anticipate/mitigate bottlenecks.
  • Facilitate the rhythm of the business and key reviews for the product and engineering leadership.
  • Help teams leverage shared tools and ways of working.
  • Contribute to the product development program team community processes.
