About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Solutions Architect to join our growing Solutions team. As a Solutions Architect at Jasper, you'll be at the forefront of helping our customers achieve their AI content creation goals. You’ll partner closely with our Customer Success team to scope, build, and train customers on platform case-specific configurations. A successful hire will have an in-depth knowledge of AI content generation, a passion for helping others, and strong communication skills that allow you to communicate complex information effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

This fully remote role reports to the Manager, Solutions Architects, and is open to candidates located within the continental US.

 What you will do at Jasper

  • Partner with Customer Success Managers and Account Executives to identify, plan, scope, and deliver customized technical implementations to high-value customers.

  • Collaborate with customers to successfully manage and customize technical use cases of Jasper. This may include building custom templates, workflows, fine-tuned AI models, and API implementations. 

  • Create and deliver use-case-specific training to ensure customers are successful at using Jasper to meet their content needs.

  • Provide ongoing support and answer customer questions including delivering training, technical support, troubleshooting, and helping ensure the customer is set up and effectively utilizing Jasper.

  • Continuously improve service delivery processes and methodologies. 

What you will bring to Jasper

  • 5+ years of experience in post-sales Marketing SaaS implementation and customization.

  • Strong technical aptitude in the subject matter of AI prompting and architecting complex technical solutions including APIs.

  • iPaaS/connected application experience.

  • Great project management skills, including strong communication around project timelines, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as experience working with customers in a training capacity.

  • Ability to work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 

Compensation Range

At Jasper, we believe in pay transparency and are committed to providing our employees and candidates with access to information about our compensation practices. This role's expected base salary range is $135,000 - $160,000. Compensation may vary based on relevant experience, skills, competencies, and certifications.
