The NationSwell Studio works with leaders in the impact space to create transformative social impact strategies, provide in-depth research and insights, engage key audiences, and more.

The Opportunity
The Senior Strategist, Impact Content will play a pivotal role in the development of knowledge-driven products that enable NationSwell members to lead with clarity, confidence, and impact. This role is perfect for a creative thinker and strategic doer who thrives on designing research-based, frictionless resources and experiences that help leaders solve complex challenges in social impact. 

The salary range for this position is $85,000-$90,000.

Core responsibilities

  • Product development: Conceptualize and develop knowledge-based products with a focus on value, usability, and practical application for busy executives and teams, including:
    • Workflow-optimized tools, templates, and implementation supports
    • Workshops and other facilitated experiences
    • Executive training curricula and course content
    • Other high-value resources as needs and opportunities arise
  • Research execution: Conduct qualitative interviews, literature review, surveys, and other research methods in support of new content and resources for NationSwell members.
  • Member engagement: Collaborate with members, partners, and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and gather insights to inform product design and delivery.
  • Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, feasibility, and excellence in execution across all deliverables.
  • Continuous improvement: Monitor product performance, collect feedback, and iterate on offerings to maximize member impact.
  • Communication: Frame compelling points of view for NationSwell Insights content within the broader industry or issue discourse, reinforcing NationSwell’s credibility and expertise.
Requirements
  • Strong background and proven expertise in knowledge-based product development 
  • Experience in social impact (CSR, DEI, ESG, philanthropy, etc.), executive services, and/or executive training industries preferred
  • Experience managing multiple projects at the same time and under tight deadlines to deliver internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional writing, editing, and presentation abilities (preferably with high-level audiences)
  • Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Comfort with ambiguity and adaptability to shifting priorities
  • Natural collaborator with a focus on shared success and ability to work with individuals across teams, industries, and sectors
