Your Next Challenge:

• Build and maintain applications written in Ruby on Rails, React and Typescript
• A mindset for automation, scalability, and reliability
• The ability to see the big picture—how everything fits together Pragmatism—you know when to go deep and when to move fast
• A love for clean, maintainable code and a well-structured system
• Maintain existing infrastructure in AWS through Terraform
• Work with Kubernetes to manage and scale our applications
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of features—from design to deployment
• Optimize performance where it matters and refactor where it makes sense
• Identify and reduce technical debt before it becomes a problem
• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve our processes and systems

What You'll Need

• 5+ years' experience in any of the following TypeScript, Ruby on Rails, React
• 3+ year's hands-on experience with AWS services and infrastructure
• A demonstrated deep understanding of Kubernetes and containerized deployments
• A mindset for automation, scalability, and reliability
• The ability to see the big picture—how everything fits together
• Pragmatism—you know when to go deep and when to move fast
• A love for clean, maintainable code and a well-structured system
