As we continue to grow our beloved brands, we are seeking a creative, smart and savvy Senior Coordinator of Social Media to help us amplify our brand storytelling and elevate our positioning in the market. In this role, you will define and oversee execution of social media strategy for our direct-to-consumer brands.
We are looking for someone that loves smart style and home decor trends, has strong analytical skills to measure and adjust activities to grow traffic and engagement, and is a savvy creative who can adopt each of our brand's unique voice in written copy and carry out each brand's visual style identity through content creation.
This role reports to the Marketing Director.
What you'll be doing:

  • Develop and lead the strategic vision of our social media accounts across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube
  • Create and manage content calendar that aligns with brand and marketing goals
  • Create, edit, and publish daily social media posts across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and other channels for multiple branded accounts
  • Expand social media following and engagement across all platforms, setting clear KPIs to evaluate success
  • Identify new trends and programs in the social media landscape and incorporate them as appropriate into social strategy to help drive relevancy
  • Track, analyze, and report on key performance metrics reports inclusive of brand performance, content performance, competitor performance providing insights and recommendations
  • Partner with brand and marketing teams to contribute to the integrated communications and campaign calendar, ideate new initiatives, campaigns, and projects that align with brand objectives and social media goals
  • Work with in-house graphic designers to produce relevant, engaging, and brand-aligned content for social media
  • Manage and oversee community management, address and escalate comments, questions, and responses through our agency partners and internal team (consumer support, brand managers, partnerships)
  • Manage relationship with content management platform (Sprinklr), partnering on strategy and staying update to date on capabilities
  • Monitor social listening and conduct deep dives to gain applicable insights on our brands and competitors
  • Lead and mentor a team of social media coordinators & interns
  • Assist in other marketing initiatives, such as attending trade shows, photoshoots, assist with copy writing and other content creation that supports our annual brand plans. We are a small scrappy, fast-paced team that enjoys helping each other reach our goals.


What you bring to the table:

  • 5 years relevant experience in brand communications and social media marketing
  • Demonstrated understanding and experience maintaining and growing social audiences and engagement across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, TikTok), well versed in current and emerging platforms and trends, with in-depth knowledge of the latest best practices
  • Creative and strategic thinker with high attention to detail, process, and management skills
  • Strong visual eye, design, curation, and writing skills to create and showcase best-in-class social content across multiple brand voices
  • Strong analytical skills to track, measure, and report results
  • Experience creating branded content/working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to handle multiple priorities in a deadline driven environment
  • React positively to feedback with a strong desire for learning and improvement
  • Be a creative and resourceful problem solver that is solution oriented
  • Self-motivated with strong project management skills
  • A great attitude - enjoys building and contributing to happy, high functioning teams
  • Strong consumer empathy - must be able to see and scrutinize our activities through the eyes of our parents
  • Passion for interior design and décor a plus
