Zayo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a pivotal role in architecting, designing, and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet our business needs. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements, design scalable solutions, and deliver high-quality code. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering complex Salesforce projects and possess deep technical expertise in Salesforce development.
Responsibilities:

Architect, design, develop, and implement Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives and requirements.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and translate them into technical solutions.

Lead technical design sessions and provide guidance on best practices for Salesforce development.

Develop custom solutions using Salesforce technologies such as Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.

Customize and configure Salesforce platform to extend its functionality and meet specific business needs.

Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and other integration tools.

Perform code reviews, ensure code quality, and enforce coding standards.

Proactively identify opportunities for optimizations and enhancing existing functionality.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce configuration and custom development.

Mentor and coach junior developers and provide technical guidance and support as needed.

Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, releases, and best practices for impact assessment and necessary system changes.

Deliver code to a high standard and be able to make suggestions on functional improvements.
Qualifications:

Requires Green Card or US citizenship.

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

Salesforce.com certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Certified Administrator, or Salesforce Certified Advanced Administrator.

Minimum of 8 (eight) years experience and expertise in Salesforce development with a focus on Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.

Proven experience in architecting and implementing complex Salesforce solutions for enterprise-level clients.

Deep understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, limitations, and best practices.

Experience with Salesforce integration technologies and patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, etc.).

Experience with version control tools and developing in a collaborative environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
-
Excellent communication and collaboration skills with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
-
Experience with Agile development methodologies (and SAFe) is a plus.
Base Salary Range: $95,800 - $140,000 USD/annually, commensurate with experience.

The base pay range shown is a guideline and reasonable estimate for this role. It takes into account the wide variety of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions. Actual compensation offered may vary from the posted range based upon geographic location, work experience, skill level, certifications, and other business and organizational needs. Non- sales roles may be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive plan. Sales roles may be eligible to participate in a sales incentive plan.
Additionally, this position may be eligible for certain benefits, such as health insurance, life insurance, disability retirement plans, paid time off.
