Role

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Sales Operations Manager to lead our sales team to achieve and exceed sales goals. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing sales execution processes, managing and coaching a high-performing sales team, and ensuring that sales goals are set and measured. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales leadership, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to drive sales growth and revenue expansion.

Responsibilities

  • Working with the VP Sales, set and measure sales goals and metrics to evaluate sales performance
  • Drive sales execution processes, ensuring that all stakeholders are in close alignment and that variances are understood, flagged and corrected. These include marketing, product, and customer success
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and revenue expansion
  • Provide regular sales updates and insights to senior leadership and other stakeholders

Requirements

  • 8+ years of sales leadership experience in a technology company, with a proven track record of success in driving sales growth and revenue expansion
  • Strong understanding of sales strategies, processes, and metrics
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and revenue expansion
  • Experience with sales automation tools, such as HubSpot and Copper CRM
  • Experience with data analytics and sales metrics tools, such as Tableau or AWS QuickSight
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with sales enablement and training programs
  • Certification in sales leadership or a related field, such as Certified Sales Professional (CSP) or Certified Leadership Professional (CLP)

sFox is a remote first company. The expected salary range for this role is $125,000-$150,000 annually and will commensurate with experience, qualifications and location.
