We connect the dots across managed care and marketing so that providers can realize their missions and patients can get the right care. We've brought together the top healthcare marketing organizations to make this vision a reality, with a team of experts in managed care, technology, and ROI design.

Title: Senior Sales Development Representative
Direct Manager Title: VP, Growth & Director, Strategy and Sales Enablement

The Role

As a Senior SDR/BDR, you’ll play a critical role in driving top-of-funnel growth for our performance marketing and HRA line of business. This isn’t just about cold outreach — it’s about bringing strategic insight to every interaction, personalizing the experience for healthcare decision-makers, and helping refine the playbook for outbound success. You’ll work closely with sales, marketing, and growth leadership to shape our go-to-market approach and help us scale.

What You’ll Do

  • Proactively identify, research, and engage prospective clients across hospitals, health systems, and provider groups
  • Own outreach strategy and execution for your territory or vertical, using a multi-channel approach (email, phone, LinkedIn, video, etc.)
  • Craft thoughtful, personalized messaging that speaks to healthcare marketing leaders’ pain points and business goals
  • Book qualified meetings for Sales Reps and contribute to early-stage discovery
  • Partner with marketing on outbound campaigns, content strategy, and lead nurturing programs
  • Track and analyze outreach performance and lead quality to continuously improve conversion rates
  • Share market feedback and competitive intel with the broader GTM team
  • Potential to eventually mentor junior SDRs and contribute to process improvement and best practices as the team grows

Ideal Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in an SDR, BDR, or pipeline-generation role (ideally in healthcare, martech, or SaaS)
  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding pipeline targets
  • Strong business acumen — you can quickly understand a prospect’s goals and connect them to our solutions
  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with an eye for detail and tone
  • Strategic thinker with a data-driven mindset; you test, learn, and iterate
  • Comfortable with CRM (e.g., Salesforce or HubSpot), outreach platforms, and prospecting tools
  • Bonus: Experience selling into marketing departments at hospitals or health systems, or familiarity with health risk assessments

Perks and Benefits

  • Competitive Salary
  • Health, Dental and Vision benefit packages to fit all types of lifestyles
  • Life, Short- and Long-Term Disability Insurance paid 100% by the company
  • FSA / HSA Options
  • 401(K) with a generous company match program
  • Flexible Paid Time Off (aka- unlimited)

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
