Sales, Customer Success, Sales Enablement, Solution Architects, Business Development, Transformation, and Technology Partnerships all work together to demonstrate the power and agility of Zscaler cloud transformation to the world.

We are looking for an experienced Senior Renewals Account Strategist to join our team. Reporting to the Renewals Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Guiding account teams to strategic upsell opportunities tied to customer renewals
  • Collaborating across internal teams (e.g., Finance, Customer Success) to ensure contracts align with product roadmaps and digital transformation strategies
  • Engaging in strategic account planning with AVP/RVP stakeholders to identify renewal trends and optimize long-term customer retention
  • Providing expertise on complex contract structures (e.g., co-terming, special terms) to strengthen agreements and streamline processes

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • 5+ years of experience in renewals, account management, or related roles
  • Deep knowledge of contract structures including mergers, acquisitions & divestitures, pricing models and upsell strategies
  • Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams while driving customer retention
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency with Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets), CPQ and Salesforce

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related degree
  • Familiarity with Zscaler's product offerings and customer use cases
  • Creativity in designing innovative solutions for customer retention

Zscaler’s salary ranges are benchmarked and are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range

$76,125$108,750 USD
