As a Senior Recruiter, Finance and Operations, you will support our efforts to recruit top-tier finance and operations talent. You’ll be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle while building a strong pipeline of candidates across key operational and financial functions. This role will also support hard-to-fill searches across the business as needed. You will work closely with hiring managers and Finance and Operations team members to ensure we meet our hiring goals and maintain exceptionally high standards throughout the recruitment process. Your impact will be felt across the organization as you help shape the future of our teams with the talent you bring on board.

Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with hiring managers to support their growth and staffing efforts
  • Ensure we meet hiring goals and uphold exceptional quality standards in a diligent, sustainable manner
  • Source and maintain a strong pipeline of finance and operations candidates, with an emphasis on high-caliber professionals for both traditional and specialized roles
  • Manage the offer process, developing effective strategies to close top candidates
  • Own and optimize the candidate experience, ensuring it is positive and memorable for all, even for those who may not ultimately join
  • Continuously refine and improve our recruiting processes to ensure we deliver high-quality candidates efficiently and effectively
  • Share valuable insights and knowledge around talent markets, compensation trends, and best practices in recruiting for finance and operations
  • Lead or contribute to various initiatives to enhance the effectiveness of our recruiting efforts across the company

Requirements

  • At least five years of talent acquisition experience with demonstrated expertise in sourcing and full-cycle recruitment of top talent
  • Excellent client management skills with a history of developing customized, consultative relationships with a variety of stakeholders
  • Track record of making substantial contributions at the team level, including mentorship, process improvement, and contributions to institutional knowledge and recruiting content
  • Eagerness to work with diverse, highly talented teams
  • Bachelor’s degree (a plus)
  • Authorization to work in the United States

The base salary range for this position is $140,000 to $170,000 in the location(s) of this posting. Individual salaries are determined through a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography. Base salary does not include other forms of total compensation such as bonus compensation and other benefits. Our benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision coverage, life and AD&D insurance, 20 days of paid time off, 9 sick days, and a 401(k) plan with a company match.
