About the Role:

We are looking to add a Senior Recruiter to our US team as a contractor! In this role, you'll get the opportunity to directly impact our growth through targeting, recruiting, and closing top talent. Reporting to the Recruiting Manager of Product and Engineering, you will partner with business leadership and hiring managers to understand business goals and the people needed to achieve them, while keeping focus on candidate experience, efficient processes, and building Remitly's brand as an employer of choice. This role is hybrid for our Seattle, WA office.

You Will:

  • Provide consultative partnership to hiring teams and build sourcing strategies and workforce plan execution
  • Develop a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management
  • Manage an effective interview process and participate in interview training for the business
  • Ensure a seamless experience for candidates from initial contact through onboarding
  • Oversee full-cycle recruiting across a variety of functions including Engineering and Product
  • Use your knowledge of the competitive landscape and data-driven skills to build recruiting strategies
  • Manage to hiring goals, measure output, and iterate to ensure continuous improvement

You Have:

  • 5+ years of recruiting experience
  • Successful multi-year full-cycle recruiting results
  • Experience building relationships and working with executive leaders
  • Strong sourcing skills and hiring results
  • Closing ability, with experience closing industry to senior level roles
  • Experience leading and facilitating meetings to promote positive business outcomes
  • Experience leading and contributing to global recruiting projects

Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $116,000-$145,000.
