As a member of the Professional Services Organization, you will help NAVEX’s enterprise customers realize the potential impact of our risk and compliance management solutions and services.  As our Senior Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for the successful delivery of high-velocity services and SaaS product implementation projects post-sale.  From kick off through to completion, you will drive the customer implementation, be involved in the development of several key project deliverables (e.g. project/resourcing plan, issue logs, etc.), and work with the various Implementation Managers to resolve issues that stand in the way of project success. You will also be responsible for managing to the agreed upon budget and delivering within the agreed upon timeframe.  Critical to the success of this role will be the alignment and management of internal resources, customer expectations and driving results.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage multiple projects and responsibilities simultaneously and consistently

  • Oversee projects with multiple delivery resources from cross-functional teams

  • Act as a liaison between multiple internal functions to coordinate and execute all phases of the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality solutions

  • Effectively report and communicate to project teams, including customer stakeholders and internal management teams

  • Partner with the Implementation Managers to identify and resolve all issues that could impact project scope and/or timeframes

  • Develop and maintain an understanding of the functional architecture of various NAVEX software solutions

  • Utilize company CRM (Salesforce.com) and Professional Service Automation tools to optimize Project Management activities

What you’ll need:

  • 1+ years of proven project management, or software implementation experience

  • Strong analytical and decision-making ability; used to gathering business requirements and solution orientated proposals

  • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration; ability to work and interact with a cross functional and remote team and coordinate project escalations

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work under tight deadlines and respond to changing business and technical environments

  • Strong presentation skills and experience conducting meetings/presentations using web tools (i.e., Microsoft Teams)

  • Ability to drive results through your job competencies of project management, business requirements analysis and product and industry knowledge (service)

  • Ability to drive results through NAVEX core competencies of accountability, customer focus, drives results and instills trust

  • The starting pay range for this role is $65,000+ per annum.
