Job Duties and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:

  • Directs high-impact projects with multiple stakeholders to ensure alignment within the program.
  • Supports program strategy development and monitors project alignment.
  • Manages cross-team dependencies to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Oversees financial performance, mitigates risks, and requests budget adjustments as needed.
  • Leads process improvements and advocates program management best practices.


Skills, Experience and Requirements
Education and Experience:

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree, ideally with a focus on Project or Program Management or relevant degree
  • Minimum of 5 years in a project, program, or delivery management role


Skills and Qualifications:

  • Establishes trust and rapport across all levels of the organization, effectively collaborating with stakeholders to drive alignment and successful outcomes.
  • Demonstrates the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority, ensuring seamless execution of initiatives across departments.
  • Communicates complex ideas effectively through both oral and written communication, including creating executive-level presentations summarizing program status and key project insights.
  • Translates business partners' strategic opportunities into clear, actionable technical requirements, bridging the gap between business objectives and technical execution.
  • Leverages exceptional data analysis skills to interpret complex findings and present them in a clear, concise manner, supporting informed decision-making and program success.

Salary Ranges
Compensation: $83,950.00/Year - $120,000.00/Year

The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
