About the Role:
Our global People Team is looking for a passionate Senior Program Manager, Learning & Development (L&D) to help us build out our global Learning and Development function. In this role you will develop and manage our global training standards. You will also own the design and delivery of a variety of L&D trainings. This role is a hybrid role, based in Seattle, WA and will require 2-3 days a week in office.
You Will:
- Develop and manage Remitly's global training standards to govern the design, delivery, and evaluation of training programs
- Co-create learning and development strategies from ideation to measurement/evaluation
- Design, build, and deliver trainings and learning journeys
- Partner cross-functionally on the coordination of compliance and mandatory trainings
- Partner closely with our Workday Learning Management System (LMS) specialist on the management of our learning offerings
- Plan, design, and manage an array of other L&D programs and projects
- Partner with global partners across the company (Business leaders, DEI, People Team) for design input and shared ownership
- Leverage a blended learning approach (in-person, virtual, self-paced, etc.) as a design tenet
- Customize content for local geo applicability and adoption
- Use data and people analytics to measure impact and identify trends to continuously improve our learning opportunities
You Have:
- 5+ years experience with L&D program design, delivery, and management
- A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, L&D, or similar work experience
- An understanding of adult learning principles and blended learning methodologies
- Knowledge of emerging trends and technologies within the learning industry
- Experience building scalable and inclusive programs in a high-growth environment for a diverse global audience
- Excellent facilitation skills; ideally ILT and vILT
- Experience with eLearning content design
- Experience with Learning Management Systems (e.g., Workday)
- Experience partnering with and influencing stakeholders at all levels
- A look around corners mindset, think creatively, and employ a, 'what got us here won't get us there' mentality
Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $116,000-$140,000. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
