About the Role:

Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) at Remitly is guided by our vision to transform lives with trusted financial services that transcend borders. We are looking for a Senior Program Manager of DEI, who will report to our VP of DEI, to be an integral part of shaping Remitly's DEI strategy that focuses on putting our global customers at the center of everything we do. You will work alongside leaders, people partners, and our Affinity groups to support the deepening and expansion of Remitly's DEI principles and practices. This position is slated for hybrid work and you will need to live within a commutable distance to our Seattle, WA headquarters.

You Will:

  • Utilize data to implement and manage programs that support our global DEI strategy and develop methods to measure progress.
  • Support the operational strategy and growth for our 11 Global Affinity Groups (ERGs).
  • Partner with global business leaders and the People team to develop training to support our DEI initiatives.
  • Design presentations for leadership and develop content for regular communication and quarterly business reviews.
  • Be a resource and consultant to the business on internal and external DE&I initiatives as well as monitor and measure the success of the initiatives and help report on their progress.

You Have:

  • You have a deep commitment to our customers, mission and cultural values.
  • 5+ years of program management experience.
  • Holistic DEI experience, working along side with senior leadership and Affinity Groups/ERGs to drive prioritization of programs and gain important insights.
  • Experienced in project management, including the ability to drive projects form creation to implementation and continued iterations.
  • Analytical approach with experience utilizing analytics tools to finesse raw data in order to gain insights.
  • Understanding of relevant laws, regulations and diversity best practices.
  • Experience in a high growth, tech forward, fast paced environment.

Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $116,000-$145,000. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
