Job Description
The Senior Product Solutions Marketing Manager is responsible for using their extensive automotive and product marketing experience to strategically define and communicate the value created by Tekion. This role will work closely with cross-functional teams, providing thought leadership and driving growth initiatives. The individual will report to the Senior Manager, Product Solutions Marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and oversee strategic product marketing plans to drive adoption and growth.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Manage end-to-end go-to-market strategies and lead product launch efforts.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to optimize positioning.
- Mentor and guide team members, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Skills and Experience
- 6+ years of experience in product marketing or solutions marketing, preferably in SaaS or the automotive industry
- Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Proven track record of driving successful marketing initiatives.
- Ability to interpret data and market research for strategic decision-making.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in automotive retail solutions or cloud platforms.
- Proficiency in marketing automation and analytics tools.
- Strong problem-solving and project management abilities.
- Background in managing marketing budgets and optimizing ROI.

The salary range describes the minimum to maximum base salary range for this position across applicable US locations. The actual compensation offered may vary from the posted hiring range based on geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer. In addition to the compensation listed, this position may be eligible for equity compensation, and a bonus or commission whereby total compensation may exceed base salary depending on individual or company performance. Base Salary Range
$112,600—$165,500 USD
