Level Access is a leader in digital accessibility, we are dedicated to creating inclusive digital experiences. We are seeking a Senior Product Researcher to join our Product Research and Design team. Your research will inform product strategy, improve user engagement, and enhance accessibility solutions.

Role Overview

As a Senior Product Researcher, you will use qualitative and quantitative research methods to craft product decisions in retention, partnerships, UX improvements, and product-led growth (PLG). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze user behaviour, synthesize customer insights, and design studies that connect product outcomes to business goals. Your work will support both generative and evaluative research throughout the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement research studies using qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Study user behaviour, product performance, and customer insights to make strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to translate research into actionable recommendations.
  • Support UX improvements, product engagement, and retention efforts.
  • Contribute to the process of synthesizing recommendations based on internal and external insights.
  • Lead and support research initiatives across discovery and validation.

Requirements

  • Shown experience in UX/product research, with expertise in qualitative and quantitative methods.
  • Proficiency in qualitative research methods like in-depth interviews and usability testing.
  • Proficiency in survey design, A/B testing, statistical analysis, and behavioural data mining.
  • Experience with analyzing large datasets using programming languages SQL, R, Python, or analytics platforms.
  • Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and communicate research insights in compelling, memorable ways that drive clear action.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with product analytics tools such as Amplitude.
  • Knowledge of accessibility.
  • Background in experimental design and causal inference methodologies.
