The Role

 

Outreach is seeking a Sr. Product Marketing Manager with a proven track record for bringing new products and innovations to the market with high customer impact and satisfaction to drive product momentum and revenue growth on a global scale in the B2B SaaS arena. This role will help lead the GTM messaging for Outreach programs and campaigns. In concert with the greater PMM team, this role will be focused on category-level and corporate product value proposition development, product positioning & messaging, key value/benefit content and all aspects of enabling Demand Generation, Sales, Partner and Customer teams to optimally market and sell Outreach products to drive customer value, adoption and business growth.

 

The ideal candidate is a data-driven product marketer business leader with a deep understanding of C-suite, sales and revenue personas and will have a strong understanding of cloud business models and marketing strategies for B2B SaaS products. We are seeking a candidate with a proven record of driving growth through product evolution, and the ability to think strategically and move with urgency. 


Location: We're looking to hire this role hybrid in Atlanta or remote within the US.

Your Daily Adventures Will Include

  • Conducting market & customer research to stay in touch with buyer needs, and create and maintain clear, differentiated messaging that resonates with our target audience
  • Be the customer and product subject matter expert on pains and needs 
  • Owning the core bill of materials including messaging framework, FAQ,demos, marketing campaigns and enablement  tosupport Outreach’s Enterprise sales motion 
  • Developing and executing the go-to-market plan for new product/feature releases collaborating across Engineering/Product, Marketing, Finance, Sales & Customer Success teams
  • Cross-functional collaboration across GTM teams regarding messaging and high value solution assets
  • Demonstrating a strong ability to lead cross-functional teams to drive business and product results that measurably deliver company impact and pipeline
  • Bringing exceptional ability to drive key business objectives with data-driven, fact-based insights that lead to well-informed strategic plans, quick decision making, and impactful outcomes

Our Vision Of You

  • 7+ years of experience working as a product marketer in the technology industry
  • Exceptional communication, writing and presentation skills
  • Experience defining and executing go-to-market strategies across marketing, sales, partner and customer teams
  • History creating messaging frameworks and positioning for individual and platform solutions that resonate with buyers
  • Ability to deliver clear and compelling customer-facing messaging and materials
  • Proven ability to drive key business objectives with quick decision making for impactful outcomes
  • Expertise in B2B marketing with the ability to rapidly gain an in-depth knowledge of the Outreach platform (sales engagement, conversation intelligence, forecasting) , our competitors, and their AI advancements 
  • History of creating and managing programs and/or frameworks that improve company impact, customer experiences, and/or cross-team performance
  • Previous experience at growth-stage companies or driving significant revenue growth at larger companies is beneficial
  • Bachelor's degree

The annual base salary range for this role is $117,000-$130,000 USD. You may also be offered incentive compensation, bonus, restricted stock units, and benefits. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the your skills, qualifications, and experience. We also have a location-based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
