About the Role:

Remitly's Identity and Trust Team is seeking a technical Senior Product Manager to join our team, focusing on data intelligence and decisioning. You will create and drive the product vision and roadmap of our identity and trust data platform, ensuring it scales to meet growing business needs with industry-leading data intelligence and decisioning. This is a highly cross-functional role, working closely with engineering, data science, security, privacy, and business teams to design, build, and enhance our platform's capabilities for data storage, processing, and analytics. Your technical product expertise will ensure the platform supports a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, enabling them to leverage data efficiently and securely. You will report to the Director of Product and will collaborate with a growing platform engineering team. This position is based in Seattle, WA.

You Will:

  • Define 3-year product strategy and vision with clear success metrics
  • Understand the needs of internal stakeholders, external partners and end consumers. Apply this understanding to guide roadmap decisions and drive prioritization across multiple stakeholders
  • Define and prioritize features, user stories, and requirements based on market research, customer feedback, and short-term and long-term business goals
  • Collaborate with and influence various teams across Remitly to further extend Remitly's platform capabilities
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative culture within the team, encouraging idea generation and problem-solving to consistently improve the platform

You Have:

  • 6+ years of Product Management experience
  • 3+ years of specific experience in Technical Product Management
  • 2+ years of experience working in the Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning domain
  • Deep understanding of platform product management fundamentals for data domains
  • Strong stakeholder empathy and the ability to sweat the details to understand the impacts of tough technical and business tradeoffs
  • Track record of successfully delivering and scaling platform products including integration tools and processes
  • Experience communicating complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences and a track record of aligning decision makers

Compensation Details. The starting base salary range for this position is typically $152,000 - $190,000. In the U.S., Remitly employees are shareholders in our Company and equity is part of our total compensation plan.
