Senior Product Manager, PaaS (Reporting, Dashboards, Analytics)

How You’ll Find Success

  • Collaborating with engineers and designers to ship reporting requirements.
  • Building empathy for core personas/users and translating this into product specification documents.
  • Engaging with customers, sales, and stakeholders to drive product improvements and usage.
  • Utilizing quantitative and qualitative data to inform decisions and success measures.
  • Communicating the value proposition to diverse audiences and collaborate on feature positioning.

  • Ship features for our Reporting and Analytics Platform
  • Produce clearly written product specifications aligned with strategy.
  • Understand customer needs and identify product improvements.
  • Use data to inform your viewpoints.
  • Communicate product value and partner with go-to-market stakeholders.

What We’re Looking for on Your Resume

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 3-4 years of experience in a product-related role, preferably in tech/software.
  • Owner’s mentality with adaptability and problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with B2B customers and a track record of exceptional customer service.
  • Experience with frontline or omnichannel experience management is beneficial.

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
