  • Work with business stakeholders & external partners to integrate solutions & products to delight small business owners
  • Support landing page builds for paid marketing and go-to-market strategies
  • Own instrumentation and data for your product to drive deep understanding of key metrics to inform innovation and product plans
  • Prioritize backlogs and drive launches with your dedicated engineering teams
  • Experiment constantly to drive customer learnings and customer impact
  • Own optimization of web design and site architecture in collaboration with marketing teams to drive revenue and long-term web growth
  • Drive product solutions and enablement for scalable web and content strategy

What you’ll need:

  • 5+ years of Product Management experience with software products that enable small business growth (such as small business website platforms, payments, marketing, financial tools and services)
  • An entrepreneurial mindset or startup experience
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features by deadline
  • Data-driven approach, including experience leading experimentation, and end-to-end A/B testing.
  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically
  • Passion and empathy for your users! You do right by them, always

Nice to have:

  • You’ve owned your own small business
  • Experience working on zero-to-one products in the small business space.
  • Subject matter expertise in small business products, especially in financial or analytics services.

What you need to know about the Seattle Tech Scene

Home to tech titans like Microsoft and Amazon, Seattle punches far above its weight in innovation. But its surrounding mountains, sprinkled with world-famous hiking trails and climbing routes, make the city a destination for outdoorsy types as well. Established as a logging town before shifting to shipbuilding and logistics, the Emerald City is now known for its contributions to aerospace, software, biotech and cloud computing. And its status as a thriving tech ecosystem is attracting out-of-town companies looking to establish new tech and engineering hubs.

Key Facts About Seattle Tech

  • Number of Tech Workers: 287,000; 13% of overall workforce (2024 CompTIA survey)
  • Major Tech Employers: Amazon, Microsoft, Meta, Google
  • Key Industries: Artificial intelligence, cloud computing, software, biotechnology, game development
  • Funding Landscape: $3.1 billion in venture capital funding in 2024 (Pitchbook)
  • Notable Investors: Madrona, Fuse, Tola, Maveron
  • Research Centers and Universities: University of Washington, Seattle University, Seattle Pacific University, Allen Institute for Brain Science, Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Seattle Children’s Research Institute
