About the Team

Zoom Workplace is the suite of collaboration products from Zoom with a mission to deliver limitless human connection. We are seeking a Senior Product Manager who will own browser-based and virtual desktop (VDI) experiences for Zoom Workplace. This includes the Zoom Web App, Zoom products in the web portal (recordings, transcripts, etc.), supporting the web SDK and the VDI plug-in. This position will ensure that customers using these platforms have a consistent experience, similar to that of users with the installed desktop client. Additionally, it will address and meet the unique needs of these customers.

Responsibilities

• Setting the strategy and defining priorities for the Zoom Web App. The goal is to ensure it meets the specific needs of key segments, including healthcare, education, and financial services.

• Rationalizing the location and user access flows for Zoom products in the web portal

• Supporting the developer ecosystem that uses the web SDK to build unique user experiences on the Zoom Workplace platform

• Setting the strategy and define priorities for the VDI plugin to meet the needs of the unique customer segments that use it

• Analyzing industry-leading offerings and industry / technology trends to inform your strategy and the strategy of the software products that Zoom builds

• Owning the roadmap for the Zoom Web App, Zoom products in the web portal, and the VDI plug-in

• Ensuring alignment with customer needs and overseeing product releases from conception through to delivery.

• Driving features through the product lifecycle. Collaborate with designers, researchers, and engineering on feature delivery, and work with marketing teams to bring new functionalities to market effectively.

• Working with customers and partners to ensure that the solutions you define can be implemented and deployed effectively. Working with marketing to ensure that the benefits of your developments can be effectively communicated to the market

What we’re looking for

• Have 8+ years of Product Management experience.

• Possess a proven record of managing and delivering successful products and features

• Exhibit demonstrated data-driven decision-making skills

• Have a solid understanding of software development, especially for browser-based and virtual desktop applications

• Showcase the ability to be meticulous, highly organized, ethical, dependable, and self-motivated

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:

Minimum:

$124 000,00

Maximum:

$271 200,00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
