Senior Product Manager - Insights Generation

Why We Have This Role 

We are seeking an experienced Product Manager to support our exciting Data and Insights product portfolio by leading our Insights Generation team. This role requires a unique blend of enterprise SaaS product management expertise, leadership skills, and innovative thinking. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of data/analytics products, a strong point of view on key opportunities for Qualtrics in the data space, and a proven ability to deliver results in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment. In this role, you will drive the strategy, development, and execution of our Insights Generation products and solutions that supercharge offerings across the full portfolio of experience management personas.

  • Recognize opportunities to turn raw data assets into high business value datasets or insights.
  • Monitor and analyze product performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.

  • Having product intuition and cultivating customer empathy to positively impact product design, ensuring it resonates with user needs
  • Developing and evangelizing compelling stories around your product to emphasize the value proposition
  • Utilizing problem-solving skills and adopting a data-driven approach to decision-making, ultimately delivering products with strong adoption rates
  • Taking initiative and showcasing adaptability in a dynamic environment, demonstrating the ability to thrive and contribute proactively
  • Leveraging interpersonal skills to effectively influence and collaborate across different departments, promoting seamless cross-functional teamwork and driving clarity

Things You’ll Do 

  • Partner with engineering and UX counterparts to develop an innovative strategy and roadmap in an ambiguous space
  • Collaborate with product team members and partners to define a product strategy and develop and deliver a product roadmap that aligns with that strategy
  • Speak with customers globally to understand their needs and gather feedback
  • Perform market landscape and competitor analysis
  • Collaborate with engineering to build and launch high-quality products that reflect end-to-end thinking
  • Communicate product value and partner with go-to-market stakeholders


What We’re Looking for on Your Resume 

  • 5+ years of product management experience 
  • Deep vertical expertise in data and analytics, with a strong point of view on opportunities for experience management in the industry
  • Bachelor's degree and or equivalent preferred
  • Strategic vision and creative problem solving, using data and qualitative insights to create a strategic framework and measure success
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally through influence, driving results without direct authority and developing and maintaining effective working relationships across both technical and commercial roles including Engineering, User Experience Design, Sales, Marketing, PR, Customer Success, and Operations
  • Ability to make meaningful headway in highly ambiguous environments and inspire collaborators to see opportunity through both high times and challenges
  • Proven track record of taking initiative and a "can-do" attitude, willing to go above and beyond typical job responsibilities.

For full-time positions, this pay range is for base per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on location, job-related knowledge, education, skills, and experience. A sign-on bonus and restricted stock units may be included in an employment offer, in addition to a range of medical, financial, and other benefits, based on eligibility criteria.
