ABOUT THE TEAM

The Product Management team is focused on expanding the capabilities of our platform that will enable our quickly growing Enterprise offering to meet a large market opportunity. 

The Product team is divided into two groups:

  • Platform: PMs who work on specific modules of the platform (team size of 6 currently)

  • Growth: PMs who work on large cross-functional projects that span modules of the platform (team size of 4 currently)

Collectively, we serve the needs of our Enterprise customers to make their life insurance products accessible to as many customers as possible. We work closely with cross-functional teams both within Bestow and externally at Enterprise customers to understand the needs of the industry and how our platform needs to evolve.

We solve highly complex problems and workflows that require high levels of cooperation among in-house insurance experts, designers, and engineers to build modernized tooling for the insurance industry. WHAT YOU'LL DO

We're searching for an experienced Sr. Product Manager to drive expansion opportunities with enterprise carrier customers. The surface area is broad and complexity is high. 

Your success will translate directly to the company’s success, as you open up new revenue streams by launching new insurance product capabilities, new distribution channels, and more.   

In this role, you will:

  • Interface with our carrier customers and sales team to identify market expansion opportunities 

  • Champion and optimize Bestow’s land & expand GTM strategy

  • Create innovative solutions with platform PM, UX / design, engineering, and other internal counterparts to capitalize on opportunities

  • Build compelling business cases and advocate for resources internally 

  • Demo solutions externally to carrier customers and guide them to see the value in our standard platform functionality

  • Launch, measure, gather user feedback, and iterate 

The role is remote or can be a hybrid role from our Dallas headquarters. #LI-REMOTE

WHO YOU ARE

Our ideal candidate is a creative, data-driven product leader with a desire to work in a high-growth organization. 

  • 4+ years in a product management role

  • Experience working on an Enterprise SaaS platform or in partnerships

  • Experience working in insurance or fintech

  • Experience leading cross-functional customer-facing meetings

  • Excellent communication skills through verbal, written, and visual mediums

  • Ability to clearly communicate priorities and promote alignment across teams

  • Ability to lead cross-functionally through influence, rather than authority

  • Ability to make data-informed decision making

  • A track record of delivering high quality projects on time

  • Ability to convincingly communicate how platform features deliver business value
