About your Team
The Creator Engagement team owns the cross-platform experience of web and mobile experiences for content creators and their students. This role will empower creators by providing state-of-the-art tools and resources to craft high-quality, impactful learning experiences and drive engagement by developing features that motivate students to achieve their goals.
What is the role?
As a Senior Product Manager on the Creator Engagement Team, you will define and execute the strategy for features and experiences that empower tens of thousands of schools to engage deeply with their students our content platform.
Your work will focus on creating tools and systems that enhance content capabilities, learning experiences, and knowledge progression while driving engagement and user satisfaction.
You'll collaborate closely with engineering, design, analytics, and content teams to deliver innovative learning solutions that help users achieve their goals.
You'll work with teams based in the U.S. and Brazil.
You'll report to the Director of Product, Learning.
What to expect in the role:

  • Own the vision and product strategy for creator tools and experiences
  • Set team goals and North Star metrics ensuring they align with Teachable's mission and drive impact for our users and business.
  • Work cross-functionally across design, engineering, data, and marketing teams to define and ship the roadmap.
  • Create features that promote sustained user engagement and retention, such as gamification elements, challenges, and rewards for learning achievements.
  • Use analytics, user research, and market trends to guide product decisions and optimize learning experiences.
  • Find opportunities to leverage AI and machine learning to deliver personalized learning paths and adaptive content recommendations.
  • Conduct A/B tests to validate new features and refine learning tools for maximum impact.
  • Regularly engage with users to gather insights on learning behaviors and needs, ensuring products deliver meaningful outcomes.


What you'll bring:

  • 5+ years of product management experience.
  • You're data-informed, with a willingness to get into the weeds to get things done.
  • You're resourceful, adaptable, and results-driven.
  • You have clear experience building high-quality, successful products with design and engineering teams.
  • You're an exceptional communicator, both written and verbal.
  • You bias towards action and navigate ambiguity and complexity affecting stakeholders in an organized and thoughtful way.


Nice to have:

  • Experience creating something yourself.
  • Experience working in growth stage ($10MM - $100MM ARR) companies.
  • Experience building tools or features that support education, skill-building, or content engagement.
  • Fluency in Portuguese
  • Familiarity with AI-driven personalization, learning management systems, or analytics tools used to improve user experiences.


Additional details:
At Teachable, we are committed to providing fair and competitive pay (using market data to inform our pay bands), rewarding high performance, and ensuring all employees have the opportunity and ability to impact Teachable's overall company value. Base salaries will be reviewed at regular intervals throughout the year, typically following performance review cycles currently conducted bi-annually or in conjunction with a promotion.

  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.
  • For this role, the cash compensation package potential is $145,000 - $160,000, inclusive of a performance bonus that will be tied to set targets. Total compensation also includes a competitive benefits package. A salary offer will be determined by a number of factors including experience, skill level, education, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. We review all teammate pay and compensation programs regularly to ensure competitive and fair pay.
