The Role:
We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to help us shape how millions of people interact with Read AI across enterprise and consumer use cases . You’ll join a small but growing design team and bring experience, clarity, and perspective as we scale. This is a new role focused on helping us improve our design process, expand capacity, and create intuitive, effective user experiences.
You’ll work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Client Success, Sales, and other teams to deliver a work AI to the masses, with a focus on outcomes. We’re looking for someone who can take a project from idea to execution—and is comfortable giving and receiving feedback along the way.
Responsibilities
- Design new features and improve existing ones from start to finish with a focus on measuring the results of these features and updates
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and final designs for both web and mobile
- Make sure our designs are clear, consistent, and easy to use
- Help grow and improve our design system as the product expands
- Give thoughtful feedback and support to other designers on the team
- Work with Product and Engineering partners to align on goals and priorities
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product design
- Worked in a consumer product role across millions of users with a focus on onboarding, retention, and usage-based product design
- Understanding of enterprise software and the requirements set by the Fortune 500
- Has built or expanded product-led growth (PLG) motions in the product design process
- Ability to iterate quickly, combining experience and analytics in the decision-making process
- Confidence working with Figma, and a willingness to learn other tools as needed
- Comfort working on a small, fast-moving team where everyone contributes
- Strong communication skills; you can articulate design decisions and welcome feedback
- Bonus: Experience mentoring others and helping to shape design processes

The annual base salary for this position ranges from $130,000 to $159,000 plus equity and benefits. Please note that the base pay shown is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies, and work location. We also offer low deductible health plans, as well as flexible time away and family leave programs.
