The Role:
As our Senior Marketing Coordinator, you'll be:
- Leading our marketing initiatives across digital and print channels
- Crafting winning proposals that make clients say "wow!"
- Creating eye-catching content that tells our story
- Managing our brand across multiple platforms
- Mentoring and directing marketing staff
- Building relationships with clients and partners
You'll Be Perfect If You Have:
- 4+ years of marketing experience (AEC industry experience is a big plus!)
- Strong graphic design skills (Adobe Creative Suite is your playground)
- A way with words that makes technical content sing
- Top organizational skills
- A knack for building relationships
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field

Compensation:
Base salary: $86,000 - $95,000 + biannual profit share bonus potential. Salary will be commensurate with experience / skills and location.
