As a Senior Market Research Manager, you will be responsible for leading qualitative and quantitative market research projects from beginning to end and is the primary contact with the client in support of their business objectives.  The position works closely with other members of the market research team as well as our sales, operations, Agency teams, and internal and external clients to provide meaningful and actionable insights.  Excellent communication skills are required. Flexible, proactive, enthusiastic, solution-oriented and the ability to pivot are critical. Ability to multi-task, deliver projects on time, on budget and with highest quality are essential. Looking for a confident, analytical and independent thinker. 

    

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Expert in healthcare market research.
  • Relevant work experience in a market research environment, preferably on the vendor side, with direct hands-on experience in all aspects of quantitative/qualitative market research design and execution.
  • Expertise in questionnaire development, discussion guide development, research design, analysis, reporting, presentation of results and in ensuring all project milestones are timely and accurately accomplished
  • Independently design quantitative and qualitative research plans for clients’ products in all stages of the project life cycle
  • Uses the art of storytelling in market research report deliverable
  • Adept knowledge in sampling methodologies and designs
  • Identify areas of improvement/productivity
  • Managing and tracking research plans and budgets to meet objectives in a cost-effective, efficient and innovative manner
  • Ensuring a rigorous analytical plan to deliver insights/reports that are actionable and in support of the clients’ strategic needs
  • Applying a strong understanding of the market background, trends, and the implications of these factors on the clients’ brands/products
  • Assist with business development efforts by proactively seeking opportunities for client engagement and assisting with proposal development, as needed
  • Keep fluent with emerging technologies and tools that will enable us to be innovative in research methodologies and deliverables  

What You Have 

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • 10+ years market research industry experience
  • Solid understanding of a broad array of quantitative and qualitative market research methodologies/tools, including advanced analytical techniques 
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills 
  • Exceptional problem-solving, troubleshooting, and critical thinking skills 
  • Strong analytical and technical skills 
  • Experience with global research
  • Expertise with Excel and PowerPoint
