About the Role: 

Motive is seeking a strategic and results-driven Senior Analytics leader to join our growing analytics team. In this high-impact role, you will lead an organization of analysts dedicated to driving key business insights and influencing decision-making at the highest levels. Your primary responsibility will be to surface actionable data insights that directly support the company's growth trajectory, positioning you as a core leader in shaping Motive's future.

You will oversee a diverse team of analysts focused on critical growth areas, including operational modeling, pricing optimization, and deep-dive analytics with our GTM teams. You'll also run experiments to test new strategies, ensuring that every decision is backed by data and positioned for maximum impact. Your work will be fundamental in aligning teams around key growth objectives and informing strategic priorities across the company.

In addition to leading a talented analytics team, you will have the opportunity to present findings weekly to executive leadership and collaborate cross-functionally with all departments to ensure that analytical insights are at the forefront of driving business outcomes.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Own and lead growth and pricing analytics for Motive
  • Drive data projects including modeling, business analytics and experimentation projects directly tied to revenue or new product growth for Motive.
  • Be key quantitative analyst for executives at the company
  • Work cross functionally with product and GTM 
  • Lead a team of other managers and senior analysts

What We’re Looking For: 

  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, e.g. Computer Science, Math, Economics, or Statistics
  • 12+ years experience in quantitative field (data analysis, data science)
  • Expert in SQL and Python
  • Very strong statistics, probability and quantitative reasoning
  • Experience managing teams
  • Strong product growth experience with proven track record of directly impacting revenue at a company

Your compensation may be based on several factors, including education, work experience, and certifications. For certain roles, total compensation may include restricted stock units. The base compensation range for this role is:

$139,000$212,000 USD
